For Coaches
Coach the Fit4Tennis method
The method itself is already live — the workout and lesson library and the structured programs are what Fit4Tennis athletes train with today, and you can see all of it from a membership. The certification that would sit on top of it is still in development, and we are not putting a date on it. Here is the proposed Level 1 model, so you can see exactly what it would cover.

- Programs
- Coach-led
- Member library
- Guided

What you get
The full method
The Fit4Tennis off-court curriculum — movement, strength, and recovery programming — proposed as taught coursework, so you could deliver it the same way with the athletes you already coach.
Assessment and credential
Level 1 would pair the coursework with a practical assessment, so the credential means you can actually deliver the method — not just that you watched it.
Tennis-specific, not generic
Training designed around how tennis players actually move — built by coaches who work with tour-level players, not borrowed from a generic gym program.
Ambassador network
Under the proposed model, certified coaches could represent Fit4Tennis and bring the method to their own club, academy or team.
