Delete Your Fit4Tennis Account

This page is for members of the Fit4Tennis app and website (published by Tennis Beast LLC). You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data attached to it at any time. You do not need to be signed in to read this page or to send the request.

Three ways to request deletion

In the Fit4Tennis app: open your profile, choose Privacy & Data, then Request account deletion.
On the website: sign in and go to fit4tennis.com/account/privacy, where you can download a copy of your data and submit the deletion request.
By email: write to privacy@fit4tennis.com from the email address on your account with the subject line “Delete my Fit4Tennis account”. We will confirm it is really you before anything is removed.

What gets deleted

Your login credentials, name, email address, and profile details
Your training history, saved workouts, program progress, and fitness assessments
Household or family-seat links, coach connections, and in-app messages
Any form-check videos or photos you uploaded

What we keep, and for how long

Purchase and invoice records that tax and accounting law require us to retain, kept only for the period the law sets and never used for marketing.
A minimal record that a deletion was requested and completed, so we can prove we honoured it.
Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google. Deleting your Fit4Tennis account does not cancel those; cancel them in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings so you are not charged again.

What happens after you ask

Your request is confirmed straight away and your account is closed to further sign-ins. The data listed above is then permanently removed after a short review window that exists only to catch mistaken or unauthorised requests. You will receive an email at the address on the account when the deletion is complete. If you change your mind during the review window, reply to that confirmation email.

Under 18?

A parent or guardian can request deletion of a junior member’s account through any of the three paths above. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data from members under 13.
