COOKIE POLICY
Draft reviewed: August 31, 2026
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your preferences and actions over a period of time so you don't have to re-enter information every time you come back. Cookies can also help us understand how you use Fit4Tennis so we can make it better.
2. How We Use Cookies
Fit4Tennis uses cookies in two categories:
- Essential / Session cookies — Always active. These are required for the site to function (e.g. keeping you signed in, securing your session, preventing cross-site request forgery). They do not require your consent.
- Analytics cookies — Only set after you accept. These help us understand how visitors interact with Fit4Tennis so we can improve the experience.
We do not currently use advertising, targeting, or social-media tracking cookies.

4. Your Choices
When you first visit Fit4Tennis, a banner gives you the choice to accept all cookies or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your mind at any time by:
- Clearing your cookies in your browser settings — the consent banner will reappear on your next visit.
- Using browser controls — most browsers let you block or delete cookies via Settings → Privacy. Blocking essential cookies will prevent login from working.
- Opting out of GA4 — install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Opting out of Mixpanel — visit mixpanel.com/optout.
Fit4Tennis does not initialize its optional Google Analytics or Mixpanel integrations unless you accept analytics. Provider behavior and the final disclosure language must be rechecked against the exact production configuration before this draft is approved.
5. Third-Party Services
The analytics tools we use operate under their own privacy policies:
- Google Analytics: policies.google.com/privacy
- Mixpanel: mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Vercel Analytics: vercel.com/docs/analytics/privacy-policy
